Egypt’s Orascom Telecom Holding (OTH) has promoted Khaled Bichara as Chief Executive Officer, reporting to Naguib Sawiris, the company’s executive chairman. Sawiris will continue to be directly involved by having overall responsibility in the business with Orascom Telecom Algeria.
