State-owned telecom service provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has signed an agreement to share its passive infrastructure with new telecom licencee Datacom Solutions, the company said in a statement.

IBM has bagged a $200 million outsourcing contract from new telecom licencee Datacom Solutions, part of Rs 24,000 crore Videocon Industries group. The contract is to provide high-performance IT infrastructure and a range of business solutions to support Datacom’s commercial launch this year and complete pan-India coverage over next two years.
