Loop Mobile (formerly BPL Mobile) has launched ‘one paisa per second calling’ under its ‘Mumbai ka Gang’ plan, and the company says this going by the usage pattern of its pre-paid subscribers would result in around 10 paise per minute for its users.

Loop Mobile has launched pay per second plan, under which customers will be charged one paisa per second for all local and STD calls. While this offer is applicable to all new and existing pre-paid subscribers, the existing post-paid subscribers can recharge with Rs 48 to avail this plan, the company said in a statement.
Loop Mobile (formerly BPL Mobile) has earmarked a capital expenditure of $75 (Rs 375 crore) for the current financial year, which will be used for network expansion plans and rolling out new schemes.
