ZTE Corporation, a global provider of telecommunications equipment and network solutions, has signed a five-year GSM network infrastructure agreement with Unitech Wireless. Under the agreement, ZTE will provide GSM systems and core network equipment cross Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, and Haryana circles.
ZTE Corporation, a global provider of telecommunications equipment and network solutions, has set up its first Managed Service Centre in India. The centre – a National Network Operator Centre (NNOC) – is the company’s largest outside China and will offer managed services to Indian telecom operators.
Chinese telecom equipment major ZTE Corporation has introduced five GSM handsets under the `ZTE’ brand, marking its foray into the Indian retail market. ZTE intends to setup a network of 100,000 retail outlets in India by the end of this year.
